(Alliance News) - Pembroke VCT PLC on Thursday said it has decided to utilise the final GBP10 million of the GBP20 million over-allotment facility in relation to the company's subscription offer.
In September 2019, the venture capital trust launched an offer for subscription for up to GBP20 million of B shares with included an over-allotment facility for up to a further GBP20 million of B shares.
In January, it said it would utilise GBP10 million of the over-allotment facility, thereby increasing maximum amount that can be raised under the share subscription to GBP30 million.
On Thursday, it said it will utilise the final GBP10 million of the facility, taking the amount that can be raised under the venture capital trust's offer to GBP40 million.
Pembroke's ordinary shares closed untraded on Thursday in London last quoted at 96.00 pence each. The company's B shares closed flat at 106.50 pence each.
