(Alliance News) - Pembroke VCT PLC on Wednesday said it has decided to utilise up to GBP10 million of the GBP20 million over-allotment facility available for the company's B share subscription offer.
In September 2019, the venture capital trust launched an offer for subscription for up to GBP20 million of B shares with included an over-allotment facility for up to a further GBP20 million of B shares.
Pembroke said the GBP10 million over-allotment will increase the maximum amount that can be raised under the share subscription to GBP30 million.
Pembroke ordinary closed untraded on Wednesday in London at 96.00 pence each. The company's B shares ended at 106.50p.
