LONDON (Alliance News) - Pembroke VCT PLC on Friday said it has decided to use up to GBP10 million of its GBP20 million over-allotment facility in its share subscription.
This takes the total amount the venture capital trust can raise from its subscription offer to GBP30 million.
Pembroke is seeking to raise the funds through the issue of B shares, a class of shares which is launched in 2014. Thus far, the trust has invested GBP25.5 million from its B share pool in 32 companies, of which 29 are still active investments.
Shares in Pembroke were untraded on Friday and last traded at 100.00 pence. Its B shares were also untraded, last trading at 102.50p.
