(Alliance News) - Pelatro PLC on Wednesday said an existing customer has bought two new modules and "a bundle of change requests".
The AIM-listed marketing software company said it has recently developed and launched new modules for its flagship mViva contextual marketing platform. Pelatro said these new developments improve client retention and increase the likelihood of cross-selling and up-selling within its customer base.
"Pelatro has always been able to identify the emerging needs of the industry in general and our customers in particular. This is critical to maintain product differentiation and to be a leading player in our space," said Pelatro Managing Director, CEO & Co-Founder Subash Menon.
"Further, this approach ensures that we continuously add value to the business operations of our customers, are able to cross-sell new products, thereby deepening the relationship," added Menon.
Pelatro shares were trading 2.5% higher in London on Wednesday at 50.45 pence each.
