LONDON (Alliance News) - PeerTV PLC said Friday that proposed director Leon Hogan has asked to withdraw from the process and no longer wants to be considered for appointment to the board.
PeerTV did not provide any further information regarding Hogan's reasons for withdrawing.
At the company's annual general meeting in November shareholders agreed the appointment of Hogan to the board, along with Kavi Dhana.
Shares in PeerTV were down 16% at 2.00 pence Friday afternoon.
