LONDON (Alliance News) - PeerTV PLC Tuesday said it is issuing tens of millions of shares to investors.
PeerTV is issuing 66.7 million shares at a price of 0.1732 pence per share to YA Global SPV Ltd due to a draw down under the standby equity distribution agreement revealed on July 30 2014.
In addition, the company is issuing 50.0 million shares at 0.20 pence per share to Fidelity Venture Capital Ltd as a subscription for cash.
PeerTV will have about 470.0 million shares in issue once the new shares are admitted to trading.
PeerTV shares closed down 12% at 0.158 pence on Tuesday.
