Peer TV Gets USD192,000 Order, Current Sale Order Levels Up 83%

LONDON (Alliance News) - Peer TV PLC Thursday that it current level of confirmed sales orders is up 83% compared to the same time in 2014, and it has got an order worth USD192,000 from an Israeli developer and producer of fleet management systems.

PeerTV operates two subsidiaries, PeerTV Ltd, which develops hardware and software for broadcasting, and Digitek Holdings, which makes electronic products and components for telecommunications.

The company said that the order is scheduled to be delivered by the end of October, and two additional orders of the same level are expected from the customer once this order has been delivered.

Sales for the first half of 2015 were similar to 2014, Peer TV noted, nut sales in July are expected to be 22% ahead of the same period a year before.

"We are starting to see the results of Digitek's investment in the new assembly line. Customers understand that we are fully committed to the business with the ability to provide a high level of service and several advanced capabilities which give us important competitive advantages. Importantly, we are building relationships with new potential customers which can be the source of consistent, high volume orders for both assembly and full turnkey projects," said Chief Executive Officer Avi Vermus in a statement.

Shares in Peer TV were up 15.1% at 0.0921 pence Thursday afternoon.
