LONDON (Alliance News) - PCI-PAL PLC on Monday said it will pay a special dividend of 3.16 pence per share for its current financial year, after having sold its IPPlus (UK) Ltd and CallScripter Ltd businesses.
PCI-PAL previously was called IPPlus, but in September changed its name to reflect its decision to exit call centre operations and to focus solely on secure payments technology.
After having received the proceeds from the sale of its two call centre businesses and assessing its ongoing needs, PCI-PAL said it has decided to pay a special dividend of GBP1.0 million, equivalent to 3.16p per share.
Shares in PCI-PAL were down 1.6% at 30.01 pence on Monday.
