(Alliance News) - PCF Group PLC on Monday named Simon Moore and Mark Sismey-Durrant as non-executive directors to the board, effective from January 9, 2022.
Moore, chair designate, has experience in regulatory and financial services in consumer, small & medium entreprises, and corporate banking, having held roles at Cambridge & Counties Bank Ltd, Barclays PLC and Chase Manhattan Bank. He was also a member of the Confederation of British Industry, and currently serves as chair of Cambridge & Counties Bank and RCI Bank UK Ltd.
Sismey-Durrant will take up the role of senior independent director. He brings 40 years of banking experience, with a focus on specialist challenger banking, having been CEO at three such banks: Sun Bank PLC, Heritable Bank PLC, and Hampshire Trust Bank PLC. He is also chair of financial technology operation Cashplus Bank
The current director and chair, Tim Franklin, will step down by January 31, 2022.
PCF's shares remain suspended from trading.
