LONDON (Alliance News) - Retail, mobile and online payment service PayPoint PLC said on Tuesday it has appointed Patrick Headon as chief executive officer with effect on April 1.
He will replace Dominic Taylor, who will step down from the role on the same date after 21 years since 1998.
Headon was most recently at plumbing and heating products distributor Wolseley PLC for five years from 2012 to 2017, leaving as managing director for Wolseley UK. Prior to that he was chief executive officer at textile products Switcher SA for a year from 2010 to 2011.
In addition, Commercial Director Lewis Alcraft will be promoted to chief commercial officer, also with effect on April 1.

Shares in PayPoint were down 2.3% at 885.13 pence on Tuesday.
