LONDON (Alliance News) - PayPoint PLC Wednesday said that Warren Tucker, the former chief financial officer of UK defence technology company Cobham PLC, will succeed David Newlands as its new Chairman from the end of its Annual General Meeting in July.
Tucker will join PayPoint's board as chairman-designate from Wednesday.
"David has made a fantastic contribution to PayPoint and has been instrumental to our success. We will all miss him and thank him for all that he has contributed during his time ï¿?as Chairman. We are delighted to have secured an excellent replacement in Warren and look forward to working closely with him in the future," Dominic Taylor, chief executive of the payments provider said in a statement.
