LONDON (Alliance News) - Pathfinder Minerals PLC urged Tuesday its investors to vote against proposals to remove its boss and chair at its general meeting on May 15.
In early April, Pathfinder received a request to remove Chief Executive Officer Nick Trew and Chairman Henry Bellingham from the board. In their place, the proposal suggests the appointment of James Normand and James Lumley.
On Tuesday, Pathfinder urged investors "not to support the requisitioners and to vote against the proposed resolutions".
Shares in Pathfinder were 7.7% lower at 0.60 pence on Tuesday.
