LONDON (Alliance News) - Patagonia Gold PLC on Monday said Executive Director William Humphries is to retire after the company's annual general meeting.
Humphries is the company's former chief executive officer, having stepped down from that role in April this year to be replaced by Christopher van Tienhoven.
Shares in Patagonia were up 2.5% to 2.69 pence on Monday.
