Patagonia Gets Drill Results From Cap-Oeste Project In Argentina

12th May 2015 13:34

LONDON (Alliance News) - Patagonia Gold PLC Tuesday said it has completed a five hole infill diamond drilling campaign at the central high grade portion of the Cap-Oeste project in Argentina, four of which intersected mineralisation.

The two most significant intercepts were 7.72 metres at 145.61 grammes of gold per tonne and 1,302 grammes of silver per tonne and 7.95 metres at 97.67 grammes of gold per tonne and 4,135 grammes of silver.

A high definition closely spaced Pole-Dipole geophysical study is currently being planned over the most productive section of the structure with the scope of identifying similar discrete high grade shoots of mineralization, it said in a statement.

Patagonia shares were up 4.2% to 3.12 pence per share on Tuesday afternoon.
