(Alliance News) - Parlour Products Holdings Lux Sarl has sold its entire 26% stake in UK sofa and carpet retailer ScS Group PLC for GBP21.7 million through an accelerated share bookbuild process, Shore Capital said Tuesday.
Under the bookbuild run by Shore, which initially was announced after the London market close on Monday, Parlour sold 9.9 million ScS shares at 220 pence per each. ScS Group shares were up 2.1% in London at 232.84p each on Tuesday morning.
Earlier in November 2019, Parlour Products had sold a 13% stake in ScS, netting GBP13.8 million in total.
