(Alliance News) - Gift card and voucher firm Park Group PLC said Wednesday it has changed its name to Appreciate Group PLC with immediate effect.
Trading under the new name will start at the London market open on Thursday.
In September, shareholders voted in favour of the name change, despite opposition from 22% of shareholders.
Shares in Appreciate Group closed 1.5% higher at 52.00 pence on Wednesday in London.
