LONDON (Alliance News) - Parity Group PLC Monday said Chief Executive Paul Davies will step down from the role on July 1 but will remain a main board director and run one the company's two main divisions.
The IT services company said Davies will now be concentrate on his role as chairman of Parity Professionals, the group's IT services division specialising in professional staff selection, currently its largest division.
The company also noted that trading in its first half has been in line with expectations, and it is encouraged by the level of interest from brands followings its recent launch of high-tech marketing communications division, SuperCommunications.
Andy Law is executive chairman of SuperCommunications, and Philip Swinstead will remain group executive chairman.
Parity Group shares were up 0.6% to 16.34 pence on Monday.
