LONDON (Alliance News) - Paragon Entertainment Ltd said Thursday that it had appointed Richard Arden as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Arden has been with Paragon as group head of finance since 2012, having previously held the position of chief financial officer at Parseq PLC, and finance director at Documetric Ltd, Debts.co.uk PLC and Westfield Health.
Shares in Paragon were trading down 2.9% at 4.25 pence Thursday morning.
