(Alliance News) - Private equity investment trust Pantheon International PLC on Monday said it has appointed economist Dame Sue Owen as non-executive director.
Owen will also become member of the company's audit, management engagement and nomination committees from October 31. She has over 30 years' experience in government, including 14 years at the UK Treasury department.
"I am delighted that Sue will be joining the board of PIP. Her extensive background in senior government and public finance, together with her work in governance and inclusion, will be of great value to the board," Pantheon Chair Laurie Magnus said.
London-listed shares in Pantheon International were up 0.6% at 2,294.00 pence each on Monday afternoon.
