LONDON (Alliance News) - Pan African Resources PLC on Thursday said its chief executive is to step down and will be replaced by its finance director.
Ron Holding, aged 62, is to step down from the role and retire on March 1 and will be replaced by Cobus Loots, aged 37, currently Pan African's finance director.
Loots has been with the company since 2009 and acted as joint interim CEO from March 2013 to September 2013.
Shares in Pan African were up 4.2% to 12.5 pence on Thursday.
