LONDON (Alliance News) - Palace Capital PLC, which acquired Property Investment Holdings in a deal worth GBP32 million last month, Thursday said it has signed a number of new lettings in its Sequel and Hockenhull portfolio.
The commercial real estate company said that, within its Sequel portfolio, it has agreed to let 5,200 square feet of office space to Aecom Ltd for GBP57,089 a year for a term of five years.
Additionally, Thales UK have renewed their lease on 5,100 square feet of office space in Hudson House until December 2015 at a rent of GBP37,506 a year.
At Sandringham House in Harlow, the company has let 3,363 square feet to Bantec Ltd until July 2018 at an initial rent of GBP16,500 a year, rising to GBP29,500 a year. The final vacant suit of 3,468 square feet has been let to Keelings Fresh International until August 2019 with rent of GBP24,518 a year.
At Meadowcourt One in Sheffield, Palace Capital said The First Secretary of State Health Protection has renewed a lease on 2,561 square feet until July 2015. The company said the First Secretary will pay GBP34,350 for the space which also forms part of the Sequel portfolio.
Meanwhile, the Hockenhull Portfolio's only void space has now been let for a term of 5 years to a nail bar operator at a rent of GBP9,750 a year. The site is in Nantwich.
