LONDON (Alliance News) - Paddy Power PLC has appointed Andy McCue as chief executive designate and as a director of the company with immediate effect.
The betting company said McCue will succeed current Chief Executive Patrick Kennedy, on January 1, 2015. Kennedy announced his intention to step down from the position at Paddy Power's annual general meeting in May.
McCue has been with Paddy Power for eight years and is currently Managing Director, Retail UK & Ireland. He also has responsibility for regulatory and public affairs.
