(Alliance News) - Base Resources Ltd said Monday that two shareholders have increased their stakes in the company.
Pacific Road Capital II Pty Ltd, which is part of private equity firm Pacific Road Capital has increased its interest in Base Resources from 35.2 million shares to 310.8 million shares, reflecting a 27% stake in the company.
Meanwhile, Swiss multinational investment bank UBS Group AG increased from 25.0 million shares to 94.6 million shares, representing an 8.1% interest in the firm.
Shares in the mineral sands developer were 0.6% at 13.12 pence on Monday.
