LONDON (Alliance News) - Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC Tuesday said its recent tender offer was oversubscribed.
In August, the company announced a tender offer for up to 5% of its shares in issue.
In a statement, Tuesday it said that the tender offer was oversubscribed, with 45.54% of the company's issued share capital being validly tendered.
It said the tender price was 190.0140 pence per share. It also said that following the tender offer, it will have a total of 66.62 million shares in issue.
The company's stock closed 0.3% higher Tuesday at 179.00 pence.
