LONDON (Alliance News) - Oxford Metrics PLC said Friday that Jonathon Reeve has decided to retire as non-executive director and remuneration committee chair before the 2020 annual general meeting, scheduled to be be held in February 2020.
The software company, which offers services to life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, intends to commence a search process for a new non-executive director, who will also chair the company's remuneration committee.
Shares in Oxford Metrics were trading 1.2% lower at 81.49 pence each on Friday afternoon.
