LONDON (Alliance News) - Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group PLC Friday said it is launching a development pack for its Onto EP1000 range of products so that customers can test its products in their own labs before ordering from the company.
The AIM-listed technology developer said the development pack, the first for the Onto EP1000 range, is targeted at helping stick polyurethane and epoxy coatings to historically difficult-to-bond-to materials, including engineering polymers, high performance plastics and thermoplastic composites.
Oxford Advanced Surfaces hopes the development packs, which it expects to be available before the end of February, will enable customers to quickly assess the system in their own labs and help shorten the time between assessment, pilot trial and the supply of a commercial product by Oxford Advanced Surfaces.
"We are delighted to be able to offer our technology in a simple to use development pack and we hope this will speed the adoption of OntoTM into a number of potential markets," Chief Executive Philip Spinks said.
Oxford Advanced Surfaces shares were up 15% at 4.35 pence early Friday.
