LONDON (Alliance News) - Origo Partners PLC Friday said the Isle of Man Court has judged in its favour in a dispute with wealth manager Brooks MacDonald Group PLC.
"The company remains committed to attempting to work with holders of convertible zero dividend preference shares in the company to achieve a mutually acceptable resolution to concerns raised," Origo said in a statement.
Origo said it was pleased with the "positive outcome" of the proceedings in the Isle of Man.
Origo shares were down 0.6% at 4.10 pence early morning in London. Brooks Macdonald shares were down 2.0% at 1,694.95p.
