(Alliance News) - Origin Enterprises PLC on Tuesday said it will appoint TJ Kelly as group chief financial officer and executive director effective January 18, 2021.
Kelly will succeed Sean Coyle at the Irish agriservices provider, who was promoted to chief executive following the departure of former CEO Tom O'Mahony.
Kelly previously worked in the US and Ireland with Irish nutrition firm Glanbia PLC for 12 years, where he held a number of senior leadership roles, including CFO of their Performance Nutrition Business and group financial controller.
He will remain as CFO and executive director at Irish online booking platform Hostelworld Group PLC until December 31 to ensure a smooth handover. Group Financial Controller Caroline Sherry will replace Kelly, effective from the start of December.
Sherry joined the company in 2019 from Glanbia's Performance Nutrition division, where she was director of Financial Planning & Analysis. She previously held a number of strategic and commercial finance roles at Ulster Bank Group, a subsidiary of NatWest Group PLC.
Shares in Origin Enterprises were down 2.7% at 3.55 cents and shares in Hostelworld were up 2.0% at 81.60 pence in London on Tuesday.
