(Alliance News) - Orient Telecoms PLC said Friday it has terminated the services of Chief Executive Officer Mark Pincock with immediate effect.
He will be replaced by Sayed Mustafa Ali, an executive director and co-founder, on an acting basis.
Pincock had been CEO at the southeast Asia-focused telecommunication services provider for four years since 2015 after founding the company.
Orient Telecoms said its board has taken sufficient checks to ensure that there is no impact on the company's ongoing and future business.
