Orchard Street Signs Lettings On Behalf Of St James's Place

LONDON (Alliance News) - Orchard Street Investment Management, on behalf of St James's Place PLC, Monday said its office site in Crawley, the Pinnacle, is now fully let after it signed a further two lettings at the property.

Orchard Street is a specialist commercial property investment manager acting on behalf of St James?s Place wealth management.

The company said Rapidata, a data administration company, has taken the entire 5,550 square foot ground floor on a new 10 year lease, while Niagara Healthcare, a manufacturer of healthcare products, will occupy the 6,080 square foot first floor, also on a 10 year lease.

Orchard said these transactions underline the resurgence in Crawley's Office market that has occurred in the past two years.

In 2013, take up of office space in Crawley stood at 280,000 square feet and in 2014 take up is already 140,000 square feet compared with the five year average of 158,000 square feet, it added.

James?s Place shares were quoted up 0.4% or 756.50 pence Monday morning.
