LONDON (Alliance News) - Optimal Payments said Wednesday its payments and fraud-reducing NETBANX service has been selected by Canadian fashion shoe retailer, ShoeMe.ca.
The online payments provider's NEBANX service uses embedded real-time risk management technology and a proprietary risk engine, to capture fraud in real-time and to stop or hold orders without impacting legitimate transactions or the user experience at checkout.
Sean Clark, CEO of Shoeme.ca. said of the deal, "Optimal's experienced risk management team identified our fraud patterns and customised NETBANX so that our fraud was reduced by more than 90%, significantly decreasing product losses and operational costs."
Shares in Optimal Payments were down 1.75% at 294.75 pence per share as we head into afternoon trading Wednesday.
