LONDON (Alliance News) - OptiBiotix Health PLC said Monday it entered an exclusive agreement with John Morley Foods for the manufacturing and supply of SlimBiome-based muesli products in the UK.
Morleys, which is a supplier of ingredients to breakfast cereal and food manufacturers, developed a range of muesli products containing SlimBiome to be sold as own label products.
SlimBiome is OptiBiotix patented combination of natural ingredients to provide hunger free weight loss.
The agreement involves a 50% profit sharing between the companies.
"Morleys will use their best endeavours to promote and expand the supply of SlimBiome in muesli packs, bringing it to the attention of major retailers and branded cereal manufactures within the United Kingdom," Optibiotix said.
Shares in the life science company focused on tackling obesity were trading down 0.8% at 65.50 pence each.
