LONDON (Alliance News) - Optibiotix Health PLC on Tuesday said it has signed a joint development agreement with Dutch health and nutrition group Royal DSM NV.
The pair will work together on developing new products using the OptiBiotix OptiBiotic technology platform.
If successful, the agreement will provide a base for negotiating commercial terms on any products derived from the platform.
No financial details were disclosed.
"We are pleased to announce the signing of a joint development agreement with DSM, one of the world's leading suppliers of nutritional ingredients. We believe that OptiBiotix's strong science base together with DSM's innovation focus and global reach will help both companies bring better science and better health to people around the world," said Stephen O'Hara, OptiBiotix's chief executive.
OptiBiotix shares were down 2.3% to 78.63 pence.
