LONDON (Alliance News) - OpSec Security Group PLC Tuesday said it has appointed Richard Cremona as chief executive officer.
Cremona previously held executive positions at AT&T Inc, Lucent Technologies Inc and Openwave Systems, and was CEO of Kentrox Inc until it was acquired by Westell Technologies Inc in 2013.
OpSec Security, which supplies anti-counterfeiting technologies, services and programmes, said it will appointed Cremona to the board of directors in due course, subject to the completion of the necessary regulatory requirements.
Former CEO Mark Turnage will continue on the board as vice chairman.
OpSec Security shares were up 2.5% at 32.80 pence Tuesday morning.
