LONDON (Alliance News) - Ophir Energy PLC Tuesday said it has repaid in full and redeemed the USD94 million of outstanding convertible bonds issued by its subsidiary Salamander Energy PLC which matured on March 30, along with the associated coupon.
The FTSE-250 company said this was "in line with expectations at the time Ophir acquired Salamander" in 2014.
Ophir shares were down 3.1% to 135.10 pence per share on Tuesday afternoon.
