(Alliance News) - OPG Power Ventures PLC on Tuesday appointed Ajit Pratap Singh as its new chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Singh is succeeding Dmitri Tsvetkov, who is joining i(x) Net Zero PLC as its CFO.
The company, which develops and operates power plants in India, said that Singh has previously been a director at several of its subsidiaries. This includes the position of executive director of OPG Power Generation Private Ltd since 2019.
Shares in OPG were down 0.8% to 6.84 pence each in London on Tuesday midday.
