LONDON (Alliance News) - Onzima Ventures PLC Thursday said it has invested around GBP45,000 in Regency Mines PLC's recent GBP400,000 fundraising.
Onzima has acquired 7.4 million shares at a price of 0.6 pence per share, together with 2.48 million warrants over new shares. These are exercisable at three dates, July 1 at an exercise price of 0.78p, November 1 at 1p, and February 1 at 1.2p.
Regency recently bought a 5% stake in Horse Hill Developments Ltd, which owns a 65% participating interest and has operatorship of the PEDL 137 and adjacent PEDL 246 licences in the UK Weald Basin.
Shares in Onzima were trading up 5.6% at 0.950 pence Thursday afternoon, whilst shares in Regency were down 28% at 0.613 pence.
