(Alliance News) - OnTheMarket PLC on Monday said signed a listing agreement with housebuilder Taylor Wimpey PLC.
The deal means all of Taylor Wimpey's residential developments and properties for sale will be listed on OnTheMarket's portal.
"The agreement follows three months of record leads for OnTheMarket during which the portal has seen average visits of 26.8 million per month and an average of 2 million leads per month. Over 2 million leads were generated in August, an increase of 64% year-on-year," OnTheMarket said.
OnTheMarket shares were 0.9% lower at 91.66 pence each in London on Monday afternoon. Taylor Wimpey shares were 0.4% lower at 110.70p.
