LONDON (Alliance News) - One Media IP Group PLC on Tuesday said it has entered into an exclusive long-term digital exploitation licence agreement with curatorial website Hibrow Productions Ltd to use the company's TV and media catalogue.
The digital media content rights company said it has entered into the agreement for an advance of GBP21,000, recoverable against future royalties, and noted that, under the agreement, it will be able to exploit the Hibrow content via its digital audio and video routes to market.
The catalogue includes more than 200 hours of original "high-definition" broadcast quality digital videos featuring numerous "internationally acclaimed"artists, authors, Hollywood actors, dancers, choreographers, conductors, musicians, directors and designers, One Media IP said.
The company monetises intellectual property rights around music and video.
Shares in One Media IP were untraded on Tuesday at 3.65 pence.
