(Alliance News) - Digital media content provider One Media IP Group PLC said Friday that Chair Ivan Dunleavy has announced his intent to step down from his role to focus on his other business interests, after a year in the role since 2018.
He will leave once a suitable replacement has been identified, and to this end, One Media has started the search for a new non-executive chair.
In addition, One Media has promoted Steve Gunning and Alice Dyson-Jones to its board as finance director and executive director, respectively.
Gunning has been part of One Media IP since 2016, as finance director of the group's subsidiary One Media IP Ltd.
Dyson-Jones is currently managing director at the subsidiary for four years since 2015. Both appointments are subject to regulatory due diligence.
"The company's buy and build strategy is successfully growing the company and I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Ivan for his hard work and support during an important period. The board wishes Ivan all the best in his many other business interests and looks forward to welcoming Alice and Steve to the board in due course," said Chief Executive Michael Infante.
Shares in One Media iP were down 6.4% at 4.40 pence on Friday in London.
