LONDON (Alliance News) - Intellectual property firm One Media IP Group PLC Tuesday said it is exploring its legal options to enforce an award made in its favour by the Federal Court in Nashville Tennessee over copyright infringement.
The Nashville court last week ruled that Henry Hadaway, HHO Licensing Ltd and Henry Hadaway Organisation must pay a sum of USD781,846 for the infringement of 1,466 recordings from One Media's Point Classics catalogue.
Additionally One Media settled its dispute with Believe SAS over the same issue.
Shares in One Media were up 10% at 7.70 pence Tuesday morning.
