One Heritage Revises Development Timetable Of Several Properties

7th Jan 2021 09:24

(Alliance News) - One Heritage Group PLC on Thursday said that it has revised the development timetables for three of its properties following the tightening of restrictions in the UK.

The residential developer, which is focused in the North West of England, said it initially expected to convert a single property in Burnley into a 13-room co-living property by the end of 2020.

However, the refurbishment is expected to be completed and the property occupied in the first quarter of 2021.

In addition, One Heritage is the development manager for Waterloo Place, a 545-unit development in Salford, and the former Oldham Court House, which is being developed into 43 apartments.

Waterloo Place, which was originally intended to start construction at the end of 2020 is now expected to commence building in the second quarter of 2021.

Also Oldham County House, which was also expected to achieve planning by the end of 2020, is now set to do so by the first quarter of 2021.

"We have been operating within a challenging environment including a new national lockdown, but continue to experience strong demand for our properties, especially from overseas buyers. We have seen no sign of demand slowing in 2021 and expect to have a strong year for property sales and reservations," said Chief Executive Officer Jason Upton.

Shares in One Heritage Group were up 1.9% at 12.49 pence on Thursday in London.
