LONDON (Alliance News) - Oncimmune Holdings PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Maarten Brusse to the position of chief commercial officer Asia, as it targets further growth in Asian markets.
The company, which floated in London in May, is developing early cancer detection technology. In his new position, Brusse will lead the sales process in the region and target out-licence opportunities, Oncimmune said.
At the time of its initial public offering, Oncimmune had signalled it was planning to focus on growing its presence in Asia.
Brusse previously held the position of senior director of molecular sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for NASDAQ-listed Luminex Corp.
Shares in Oncimmune were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 116.00 pence.
