LONDON (Alliance News) - Oncimmune Holdings PLC said Monday it appointed Adam Hill as its new boss as current Chief Executive Officer Geoffrey Hamilton-Fairley prepares to move to vice-chairman role next Monday.
Hill - who is currently serving as chief medical and chief scientific officer at Oncimmune - will replace founder Hamilton-Fairley when he assumes the vice-chair position.
"Oncimmune has a strong and proprietary position in immune profiling of cancer, and a compelling pipeline of clinical and commercial phase assets that will help unlock the potential of personalised immunodiagnostics for a broad portfolio of cancer indications," Hill said.
"As the field of oncology sits on the cusp of dramatically improved cancer survivorship, I look forward to working with the company's experienced board, and its highly talented executive and scientific teams to take Oncimmune's immunodiagnostic solutions through clinical development and into the hands of clinicians to improve patient outcomes", Hill added.
Shares in Oncimmune were 3.4% lower at 128.00 pence on Monday.
