LONDON (Alliance News) - Imaging technology company OMG PLC said Thursday its infrastructure management arm Yotta has inked a five-year software and service agreement with VicRoads, the road and traffic authority in the state of Victoria, Australia.
Under the deal, Yotta's asset management software, Horizons, will be used to support two large-scale maintenance alliance contracts covering over 8,000 kilometres of arterial road network for VicRoads. Yotta worked with Fulton Hogan, who successfully bid for the VicRoads tenders, and will use Horizons to provide a range of maintenance services for an initial five years, with a possible extension for an additional five years.
Shares in OMG were untraded Thursday morning, it last closed at 39.62 pence.
