Old Mutual HoldS 7.3% Interest In Newly-Listed JTC (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - JTC PLC said on Thursday that FTSE 100-listed Old Mutual PLC now holds a 7.3% stake in the company, following a transaction last Thursday.

It has not been disclosed how much of a holding, if any, Old Mutual held before.

JTC listed on London's Main Market on Wednesday last week after raising GBP243.8 million in an institutional placing of 84.1 million shares at a price of 290.00 pence each. Selling shareholders raised GBP218.2 million net from selling existing shares, while the company received GBP15.1 million net from selling 6.9 million new shares at the same price.

Shares in the administration services provider were down 0.8% at 305.00p on Thursday.
