LONDON (Alliance News) - Oilex Ltd Monday said Chief Operating Officer Michael Maloney has left the company, with his responsibilities being absorbed by other team members based in India.
"This team includes a number of recent recruits with extensive experience using proven technology to develop tight hydrocarbon resources in North America," the company said in a statement.
It added that Vice Chairman Sundeep Bhandari would work with the company's joint venture partner, GSPC personnel, devoting additional time to actively developing its flagship asset, the Cambay Tight Oil and Gas Project.
Oilex shares were down 1.7% at 2.95 pence Monday morning.
