LONDON (Alliance News) - Octopus Titan VCT PLC Monday said the maximum amount it can raise under its offer for subscription that opened last September has been increased to GBP70 million.
The company said it has raised about GBP49.4 million under the offer for subscription opened on September 16, 2014.
The "continuing level of demand" means the company may use the GBP20 million over allotment facility available.
The offer will close at 1700 BST on June 30 unless fully subscribed before that date.
