(Alliance News) - Octopus AIM VCT PLC and Octopus AIM VCT 2 PLC said it has raised its subscription offer by a further GBP3 million.
The company confirmed the over-allotment facility of GBP3 million for the fundraise taking the amount that can be raised under the venture capital trust's proposed subscription to GBP10. This increases the maximum amount that can be raised under the offers to GBP23 million.
Octopus AIM VCT shares closed 0.5% higher at 97.00 pence each on Thursday in London. Shares in Octopus AIM VCT 2 closed untraded at 73.00 pence each.
