(Alliance News) - Octopus AIM VCT PLC and Octopus AIM VCT 2 PLC on Friday said Suzanna Waterhouse will resign as the company secretary with immediate effect.
In addition, the investment firms announced the appointment of Octopus Company Secretarial Services Ltd as company secretary, also with immediate effect.
On Thursday, Octopus AIM VCT 2 said it will pay a special dividend of 3.9 pence in addition to the interim payout of 2.1p declared in July. The company explained that the move follows the "exceptional" profit realised by disposals and part disposals of a number of holdings over the financial year.
The record date for both dividends is Friday next week and the payment date is November 7.
Octopus AIM VCT shares were untraded in London on Friday, last closing at 91.10p each, while Octopus AIM VCT 2 shares were untraded at 71.85p each.
